Job summary

Kings Heath Demolition Ltd is seeking an experienced 360° Demolition Machine Operator to work on our demolition sites across the region. You will operate 360° excavators, perform demolition safely and load waste for removal.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360° Excavator Operator card.
• Demolition experience essential.
• Good understanding of demolition techniques and site safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° excavators for demolition and associated works.
• Carry out structural demolition safely and efficiently.
• Load and segregate demolition waste for removal and recycling.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and report defects.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other operatives.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain plant in a clean and serviceable condition.
