Job summary

Mencap in Haverhill is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will help with daily routines, household tasks, appointments and community activities, promoting independence and confidence in those you support.

We offer full-time, part-time and relief contracts with shifts from 7am to 10pm and sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am. Training is provided, and ongoing development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking compassionate individuals with the ability to support daily routines and community activities.
• Experience working with people needing support is preferred.
• Willingness to complete DBS check and training.
