Dementia Support Worker – 22- 44 hrs available per week - Days and Nights available

Rates of Pay:

NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £14.31 per hour

NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care: £15.14 per hour

will help us to ensure that people are treated with respect and dignity. Your approach will be empathetic, compassionate, and focused on ensuring that the lives of residents are fulfilled and meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing

Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Support people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness.

Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity

Receive tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support.
