Orchard Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Dementia Support Worker at Langfield Care Home in Greater Manchester. The role requires an NVQ level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care and at least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia setting.

Hours: 22–44 per week, days. Local pay scales start at £14.31–£15.14 per hour for NVQ levels 2 and 3 respectively. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to dignified, person-centered care and be supported with ongoing dementia training and a strong focus on

Location: Langfield Care Home - Wood Street, Langley, Middleton, Greater Manchester, M24 5QH

Dementia Support Worker – 22- 44 hrs available per week - Days

Rates Of Pay

• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £14.31 per hour
• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care: £15.14 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs to live empowered, fulfilling lives? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will help us to ensure that people are treated with respect and dignity. Your approach will be empathetic, compassionate, and focused on ensuring that the lives of residents are fulfilled and meaningful.
