Job summary

TrustFord in Alperton, London is seeking a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs across a range of vehicles, with ongoing IMI Level 3 EV maintenance training during the first year.

The role requires a full UK driving license, relevant NVQ/City & Guilds, and MOT qualification. We value prior main dealer experience and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Previous Automotive Technician experience; MOT qualification and main dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including EV systems training.
• Work with colleagues to meet service targets and customer satisfaction.

About You

To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.

Have a full valid driving licence, an NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.

Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally, you'll also have an MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.

During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.
