Job summary

Greenwood Childcare Ltd. in London is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team supporting children aged 12 months to 5 years. You will promote positive relationships with parents and colleagues and contribute to our EYFS-based learning environment.

The role requires a relevant early years qualification (level 3 or above) and prior experience with children. We offer a 40-hour week, 35 days holiday, paid training, and health insurance after two years.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
• Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development.
• Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
• Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy.
• Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.
• Go out for Forest School days to Wick woodland, on the Hackney marshes.

As an Early Years Educator you will:

Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues;

Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy.

Go out for Forest School days to Wick woodland, on the Hackney marshes
