Job summary

SkyBlue Solutions is seeking a General Operative (NG Person - Substation) to support emergency works at a live National Grid substation site in London. You will assist site teams and help ensure safe, compliant delivery of critical activities.

The role is based at Kings Ave Site, London, paying £18.35 per hour PAYE, with hours 07:30–18:00 and a 40‑day duration (10 Aug 2026 – 18 Sep 2026). Relevant certifications are required, and you will coordinate with engineers and plant operators.

Qualifications

• NG Person - Substation certification required.
• EUSR Utility SHEA Power certification required.
• Emergency First Aid at Work required.
• Plant & Vehicle Marshal (PVM) required.
• Fire Safety Awareness required.
