Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Serve food, beverages, and handle bar duties including bartending or barista tasks as needed.
• Assist with dessert preparation, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Support setting up tables, serving guests and taking payments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety protocols to inform and assist guests effectively.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming by clearing tables and resetting spaces promptly.
• Stock up cold drinks and wine.
• At the end of the night help with cleaning the dining area and floor.
