Job summary

J & P Plant Limited is recruiting for a reliable highways operative to work outdoors in all weather. The role requires physical labour, a can-do attitude, and a track record of attendance and punctuality.

The position starts with a paid 1-week trial, after which a full-time permanent offer may be extended with ongoing employment in mind. The successful candidate will join a practical team, receive PPE and uniform, and benefit from a company pension and on-site parking.
