Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join the Stroke Team, supporting Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services.

In this role you will assist with assessment, rehab, and complex discharges, work alongside senior therapists, and help patients regain independence through tailored exercise programs and functional activities. A commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care is essential.

• Offer reassurance and emotional support to patients and families during a challenging time.

Therapy Assistant | Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Band 3 OT and Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly Stroke Team.

This team provides a service for stroke patients supporting with assessment, rehab and complex discharges. You will have the opportunity to complete sessions alongside advanced physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists to develop skills whilst also managing your own caseload/ interventions.

• Help patients regain independence through tailored exercise programs and functional activities.
• Offer reassurance and emotional support to patients and families during a challenging time.
