The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting for Automotive Production Operatives to join a leading interiors manufacturer in Fradley Park, Lichfield. You’ll work on a fast-paced production line assembling interior vehicle components.

Roles involve using hand and power tools, following strict quality standards, and rotating shift pattern between days, afternoons, and nights. The position offers training, potential permanent opportunities after a successful trial, weekly pay, and free onsite

Pay: £15.77 - £17.82 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Shift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation)

NO STATIC SHIFT

• Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)

Start of working week

: Saturday

As an Automotive Production Operative in Fradley Park, Lichfield, you will be working within a modern production facility within the automotive manufacturing industry, assembling interior vehicle components such as doors and dashboards using hand and power tools while maintaining high quality standards.
