Vicarage Nurseries near Bretforton, Evesham, is seeking staff from mid-June to November to pick soft fruit and carry out husbandry tasks on a cooperative team.

You will work outdoors on a five-day rotating schedule, averaging around 40 hours per week with some early starts.

Job description

A Soft fruit farm at Bretforton Evesham are looking for people to work from Mid -June through to

November (depending on crop). Working in a friendly environment - must be able to work at

pace as part of a diverse team, picking soft fruit and /or Husbandry work, which involves

tunnel construction, weeding, irrigation, tidying and cleaning. Will need to be flexible on

times worked worked. Average 40 hours per week (over 5 days on rotation) with early starts when

required.

Must be prepared to work outdoors under poly tunnels occasionally.

Will need adequate clothing and footwear suitable for all weathers and changes in climate.

No car parking available on site but there is parking available nearby on the roads around village.

You will be paid national Living/Minimum Wage (piecework rates will be applied to some of the jobs like the soft fruit picking ).

Training will be provided initially if required.
