Job summary

The Selection Partnership Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator for a role in Evesham. You will work on a mix of production batch welds and bespoke fabrication projects, reading engineering drawings where possible.

This friendly, family-run company offers a four-day week (Fridays off), a supportive team, and varied work across welding and fabrication. You will need MIG and TIG experience and a meticulous eye for detail to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Welder / Fabricator - Evesham - up to c£16 per hour

Working Hours:

39-hour working week over four days

My client is an established and successful manufacturing / engineering company looking to add an experienced welder / fabricator to their team.

The role offers a varied workload, including both batch welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-quality engineering work.

You will have:

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• The ability to work from engineering drawings (preferred).
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding.
