Job summary

The Hen House is seeking a part-time Club Assistant for its before and after school club in Elstead. You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 4–11, supporting high-quality childcare aligned with EYFS principles and Ofsted requirements.

This role is suitable for individuals working towards or willing to complete a Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification, and who are committed to play-based development and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing childcare for children aged 4–11.
• Understanding of EYFS principles and safeguarding.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Club Manager in delivering high-quality childcare.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

As a Before and After School Club Assistant, you will work as part of a team to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 4–11 years.
