Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse & White Glove Operative to join our Furniture & Fine Art team in Egham. The role combines warehouse operations, furniture installation and high‑value deliveries, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Experience in 3PL/logistics advantageous.
• Able to perform manual handling duties.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• IT/computer skills beneficial.
• Experience in furniture installation/removals/white glove delivery.
• Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift experience useful.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver and install furniture and artwork across the UK, including Central London.
• Assemble flat-pack items and install mirrors/artefacts.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Book in and store incoming stock in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized and secure warehouse environment.
• Support customers and visitors to the warehouse.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Furniture & Fine Art operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and promote safety-first practices.

Warehouse & White Glove Operative to join our specialist Furniture & Fine Art team based in Egham.

This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, furniture installation, deliveries and customer-facing white glove services. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering exceptional service and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-value furniture, artwork and specialist items are handled, transported and installed to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Carrying out deliveries and installations for customers across the UK, including Central London
• Assembling and installing flat-pack furniture, artwork and mirrors
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Booking in and storing incoming stock within the warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for transportation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and secure warehouse environment
• Supporting customers and clients who visit the warehouse
• Working closely with colleagues across the Furniture & Fine Art operation
• Following all health and safety procedures and promoting a safety-first approach

What We're Looking For

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Good IT and computer skills
• Experience working within furniture installation, removals or white glove delivery services
• Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift
