Job summary

The Best Connection in Colnbrook is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced logistics team. You will sort, scan, and move parcels, and support loading and unloading operations on site.

We offer day and night shifts across a 5-days-a-week pattern, full training provided, and a role with real team support in a reputable international brand. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, and willing to work flexible hours in Colnbrook.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Must provide full 5-year referencing history for security checks.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift parcels.
• Reliability, punctuality and team orientation required.
• Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends.

Location: Colnbrook, SL3

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.71 per hour

Shifts:

• Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week

DAY SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential - full training provided)
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels of varying weights
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends
• Must be able to provide a full 5-year referencing history (for security clearance purposes)
