Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Site Cleaner to join our on-site facilities team in East Cowes. You will be responsible for keeping the offices, toilets and kitchen areas clean to a high standard. A reliable approach and good time management are essential.

You will work under the direction of the site manager and may be required to perform additional duties as needed to ensure a tidy, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning role, preferably on office/onsite facilities.
• Attention to health and safety on site.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep offices, toilets and kitchen areas clean daily.
• Follow site manager's instructions and complete additional duties as required.

The company:

A well-established national contractor who works in a range of markets which include facilities management, commercial new builds, education refurbs and residential schemes.

The role:

As the site Cleaner you will be responsible for assisting with keeping all the offices clean as well as the onsite toilets and kitchen area.

About you:

• Ideally you will have previous working experience in a cleaning position. You will be comfortable cleaning toilets on a daily basis.
• You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.
• You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

• Previous experience in a Cleaning position
• Strong work ethic in a team
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
