Job summary

365 Recruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner for a part-time role across site offices and welfare facilities in Rhyl, United Kingdom. Responsibilities

• Clean site offices, desks, floors and communal areas

• Empty bins and manage waste
• Replenish consumables and maintain hygiene across welfare areas
• Safe use and storage of cleaning equipment
• Report damaged equipment or shortages
• Follow site health & safety procedures

Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Cleaner to work on a long-term project, providing cleaning services across the site offices and welfare facilities.

This is a part-time position working 6 hours per week:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

10:00am - 12:00pm

The position is expected to run until Spring 2028, offering excellent long-term continuity for the right person.

The Role

As the site cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site's office and welfare areas. You will be expected to work independently, manage your cleaning duties effectively and ensure all designated areas are left clean, tidy and hygienic.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning site offices, including desks, floors and communal areas
• Cleaning and sanitising site toilets and washroom facilities
• Cleaning site welfare facilities, including canteens, kitchens and break areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors as required
• Wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, worktops and high-contact areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing toilet rolls, hand soap and other consumables where required
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout all welfare areas
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and correctly
• Cleaning, maintaining and storing equipment correctly after use
• Reporting any damaged equipment, maintenance issues or shortages of cleaning supplies
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures and cleaning guidelines

About You

We are looking for someone with previous commercial cleaning experience who is reliable, punctual and comfortable working within a busy environment.

You should:

• Have previous commercial or site cleaning experience
• Be able to work independently without constant supervision
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
• Be reliable and able to commit to the agreed days and hours
• Understand the importance of hygiene and Health & Safety in the workplace
• Be comfortable cleaning toilets and construction-site welfare facilities
