As a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on both account management and new business development, you’ll be at the forefront of our continued business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as conducting account management, working with an established database (evolved since 2012), ensuring that their recruitment goals are delivered effectively and on-time in line with our existing service level agreements. As a proven Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both new business and growing and nurturing our key accounts within market-leading companies within agriculture, farming and our associated sectors globally. You will be supported by a great resourcing team to help you find the best candidates in the market.

Excellent salary and benefits package, (£27, 000 - £32,500 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could easily see you earning £78,000 OTE in your first year, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay! Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more!
