Optima Care Limited in Deal (Kent) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Seahaven Residential Home. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts and an opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

You will work as part of a friendly team, providing personal care, helping with daily activities, and promoting healthy, inclusive living within a tranquil seafront setting.
