Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrator for Royal Primary Care at Clay Cross Practice. The role supports front-line reception, appointment scheduling and general admin to ensure smooth patient access.
You will handle calls, greet patients, process prescriptions, manage mail and filing, and work as part of a friendly team focused on delivering quality primary care services.

To work within the reception team with a focus on achieving excellent patient care via the telephone and face to face. Carry out GP approved triage to ensure our patients see the correct clinician first time. Being a first point of contact for our patients and other healthcare providers.
