Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shop operations and support the team when the Store Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, and uphold high shop standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Ensure displays are stocked with a wide range of products.

£12.91 per hour, if you are under 18 this will be £11.03 per hour

Up to £53,000 per annum, depending on experience
