Job summary

Salutem Care and Education, at Grizedale Care Home in Durham, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality, enabling care to adults with complex needs. You will follow person-centred plans, promote independence, and support daily activities in a warm, supportive environment.

Grizedale is a vibrant residential care home in Durham supporting disabled adults with complex needs and mental health issues to live their best lives every day!
