Job summary

Salutem Care & Education is seeking a Flexibank Support Worker in the North East region, based in Durham. You will deliver high-quality, enabling care, following person-centered plans while supporting daily activities and promoting independence for adults with complex needs and mental health challenges.

You will be integral in maintaining detailed records, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety and wellbeing in a homely residential setting.
