Job summary

Haven is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Team Member to lead a variety of outdoor activities for guests and owners. You will help deliver memorable experiences while prioritising safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting up and taking down activities, guiding participants of all ages, and maintaining the activity areas. DBS checks and weekend/evening shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic attitude and love for outdoor activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage guests.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to park guidelines.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
• Previous experience in activity, sports, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Must be 18+ and prepared to undergo Enhanced DBS check.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
• Previousexperience in a similar activity, sports, or customer service role is beneficial but not essential.
• This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work. To meet the qualifications and training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
