Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a proactive Business Support Service Team Leader to lead a team delivering high-quality administrative support to Adult Social Care locality services. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Service Team Leader to lead and develop a team providing high-quality business support to our Adult Social Care locality services. You will manage and motivate colleagues, oversee workloads and administrative processes, maintain high standards of data quality and customer service, and work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also support recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff, manage complex or escalated enquiries and contribute to service and system changes. The role provides a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while helping shape efficient, responsive business support services. Safeguarding adults is an important part of our work. You will help ensure colleagues understand their safeguarding responsibilities, handle sensitive information appropriately and recognise and elevate concerns through the correct routes.
