Home Bargains in the United Kingdom is seeking Store Team Members to greet customers and replenish shelves across departments, delivering great standards. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment with varied duties.

Shifts include early starts and weekends with 16 hours per week. Pay is £12.71/hour (18-20) or £13.00/hour (21+), and benefits include a pension, 10% store discount, and enhanced annual leave.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends - but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)

16 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 5am - 9am
