Job summary

Home Bargains in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Team Member to be the face of our busy store, delivering enthusiastic customer service and helping shoppers across departments from fresh food to seasonal.

You’ll greet customers, replenish shelves, manage stock during fill shifts, handle tills and cash, and adapt to roles in Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre. A friendly attitude, reliability, and team spirit are essential, with flexible shifts including weekends.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends — but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)
• 20 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 6am - 10am
