Vico Homes Limited is hiring a Fire and Building Safety Manager to lead the operational management of building and fire safety across the organisation from the Castleford Head Office, with 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
You will ensure compliance with Building Safety Act 2022, fire safety legislation and regulatory requirements, oversee HRBs, develop safety cases and resident engagement, and drive the Golden Thread policy and safety improvements.

As the Fire and Building Safety Manager your manager will be our Head of Building Safety and Compliance. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Fire and Building Safety Manager you will be responsible for leading the operational management of building and fire safety across Vico Homes, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, fire safety legislation and associated regulatory requirements. You will oversee the safe management of Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), provide expert assurance on compliance and best practice and drive the delivery of Vico Homes’ Building Safety and Fire Safety strategies, policies and objectives.
