Vico Homes is seeking a Fire and Building Safety Manager to join our Property and Building Safety Team. You will lead operational safety across HRBs, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and fire safety laws while working flexibly across our regional offices, sites and head office in Castleford.

As the Fire and Building Safety Manager your manager will be our Head of Building Safety and Compliance. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Fire and Building Safety Manager you will be responsible for leading the operational management of building and fire safety across Vico Homes, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, fire safety legislation and associated regulatory requirements. You will oversee the safe management of Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), provide expert assurance on compliance and best practice and drive the delivery of Vico Homes’ Building Safety and Fire Safety strategies, policies and objectives.
