As the Senior Project Officer your manager will be our Energy Project Manager. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Senior Project Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Vico Homes’s capital investment programme, ensuring capital, retrofit and Sustainability projects are fully prepared for our principal contractor to commence works. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll coordinate all necessary information and requirements, enabling the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and to agreed standards of quality and specification, helping to enhance homes and communities across our operating area.
