Job summary

The Floorbrite Group is seeking a cleaning operative for a site in Melton Mowbray. You will perform general cleaning across communal areas, maintain floors, dispose of waste, restock supplies and ensure a high standard of service at all times.

You will also handle customer queries and complaints promptly, while adhering to health and safety regulations and company guidelines. Uniform is provided as part of the role, with ongoing training and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas as directed
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Replenishment of supplies and material requirements
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves and equipment
• Report any maintenance or key operational issues
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Ensure that a consistently high standard of service is delivered
• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner

We currently have a position available for a cleaning operative at GB Rail Melton Mowbray , Serco RIDC, Melton Road , Asfordby Business Park , LE14 3JL

General cleaning to include (but not restricted to):

Clean and maintain communal areas as directed

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste
