Job summary

The Floorbrite Group is hiring a Cleaning Operative for Engenda House, WA4V 4BU, to maintain and clean communal areas to a high standard. The role involves vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies on site.

You will also be responsible for reporting issues and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. Uniforms are provided and there are training opportunities, plus an EAP and Healthshield programme to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to a high standard of cleanliness
• Ability to report maintenance issues promptly

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas as directed
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty bins and dispose of waste
• Replenish supplies and materials as required
• Dust and wipe surfaces including shelves and equipment
• Report maintenance or core operational issues
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally

Job description

We are currently have a position available for a Cleaning Operative at Novastruct , Engenda House , 3200 Daresbury Park , WA4V 4BU

General cleaning to include (but not restricted to):

Clean and maintain communal areas as directed

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste

Replenishment of supplies and material requirements

Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves and equipment

Report any maintenance or key operational issues

Follow all health and safety regulations

Ensure that a consistently high standard of service is delivered

Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
