Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) invites ambitious individuals in Carmarthen to run their own sales business with the full backing of a trusted UK organisation that has supported small businesses for over 50 years.

As a Membership Advisor you will win new members, build and execute a smart territory plan, generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals, with uncapped commission and ongoing FSB support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - helpful but not essential.
