Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses is seeking a self-employed Membership Advisor for Mid Wales to build and manage a local sales business backed by a trusted national organisation.

You will be your own boss with flexible hours, strong earning potential through uncapped commission, and ongoing support as you develop relationships with local small business decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.
