Job summary

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) invites you to become a self-employed Membership Advisor, building your own sales business backed by a trusted UK organisation with 50+ years supporting small businesses.

You’ll work as your own boss with flexible hours, a strong pipeline to win new members, and monthly uncapped commissions. You’ll leverage Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your local footprint.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.
