Harvey & Thompson, the UK’s leading pawnbroker and a top 10 jeweller, is looking for a Store Colleague in Cardiff. You will greet customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in a busy retail setting.

This part-time role (30 hours, 4 days) offers a starting rate of £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 after full training, with discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 per year based on performance against KPIs.

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.
