Job summary

Perth & Kinross Council is seeking a Class Teacher for Burrelton Primary School. The role is split 0.94FTE permanent and 0.06FTE fixed term to 31 March 2027, based in Burrelton. You will deliver engaging learning, support wellbeing, and contribute to school improvement within a small rural setting.

Burrelton Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated practitioner to join our busy school team.

We are a small, rural school set on the outskirts of Perth. Our setting within Burrelton allows for fantastic outdoor learning opportunities and we have a supportive parent body and local community.

As Class Teacher you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum.
• Support the wellbeing and inclusion of all learners through nurturing approaches.
• Contribute to school improvement priorities, including learner participation, outdoor learning and raising attainment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and partners to support positive outcomes for children.
• Demonstrate a commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional learning.
