Polaris Community seeks an HLTA to support pupil wellbeing, readiness for learning and behaviour management at Holdsworth School in Burnley. You will work with the education team to remove barriers to learning and promote positive learning behaviours.
You will lead classes during PPA and cover, assist with reading/phonics, and engage in enrichment activities while supporting in lessons for pupils with SEMH needs. DBS check will be arranged.
