Job description

If you’re a van driver looking for consistency and no weekends – this is the role for you. We’re recruiting van drivers for early starts and early finishes. Saturdays are entirely optional so you can earn overtime or enjoy your weekend.

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering white goods and other household appliances for this well-established business all with a professional demeanour and friendly customer interactions.

This role involves early morning starts and generally earlier afternoon finishes so you can take back your free time in the evenings. This role is available immediately and will offer ongoing work to successful candidates.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Your own transport, such as a car or motorcycle, due to the client’s location
• At least 1 year of commercial van driving experience
• A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
• A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently or as part of a two-person delivery team, depending on the size and requirements of each delivery

This is a temporary role with ongoing work.

This role runs Monday to Friday with optional overtime on a Saturday.

Start times will be between 0400 and 0700 and will typically last between 10 and 12 hours per day.

• This role offers £13.75 per hour, paid weekly.
• You will also accrue up to 28 days Annual Leave.
