Job summary

Pure Staff are recruiting for a Factory Operative for a long‑standing client based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. This is a stable manufacturing role with full training provided. Your duties include operating factory machinery, preparing and manufacturing products, packing and labeling, and checking quality.

You may also move materials and work while standing. Shifts are Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–13:00, paying £13.45 per hour.

Your Role as a Factory Operative

As a Factory Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating factory machinery and production equipment.
• Preparing, assembling or manufacturing products.
• Packing and labelling finished products.
• Checking products for quality and reporting defects.
• Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products.
• Moving raw materials and finished goods.
• Potentially doing repetitive/manual work and standing for long periods.
• Full training provided
