Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Brockworth is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding dishes and leading a busy kitchen team. You will train, motivate, and manage daily operations to ensure quality and consistency across service.

The role is permanent, full-time, with a focus on menu execution, stock control, and health & hygiene compliance, set within a welcoming pub/restaurant environment at the Brockworth site.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
