Role Overview

We are recruiting for

Domestic Energy Assessors to support residential energy assessment and stock condition survey work across Brighton.

This is a full‑time, permanent field‑based role carrying out EPCs and stock condition surveys across residential properties. The role involves visiting homes, collecting accurate property data, engaging professionally with residents and clients, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.

Applicants should ideally be based within approximately one hour of Brighton, as regular travel between residential properties will be required.

The employer is looking for motivated, organised and professional candidates with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy and attention to detail.

Important Eligibility Information

• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
• Hold a full clean driving licence
• Be DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check

• Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment is desirable
• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings is desirable
