Zanta Healthcare Ltd in Brighton is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist & Care Coordinator to join our team. This dual role blends reception duties with care coordination to support our domiciliary and supported living services.
You will handle staff rotas, coordinate care packages, monitor staffing, and ensure clear communication with clients, families, healthcare professionals and the management team in a busy health and social care environment.
We are looking for a friendly, organised, proactive and compassionate Receptionist & Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied, dual responsibility role combining reception and administrative duties with the coordination and day tonday operational support of our care services.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while helping to coordinate care provision, support care staff and maintain effective communication between clients, families, healthcare professionals and the wider management team.
As a key point of contact for the organisation, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional reception service while also supporting the planning, scheduling and coordination of care packages. This will include assisting with staff rotas, responding to changes in care requirements, monitoring staffing availability and ensuring that relevant information is communicated accurately and promptly.
We provide domiciliary care, supported living, mental health support and services for adults with disabilities. The role therefore requires someone who understands the importance of person-centred care, confidentiality, reliability and effective communication in a health and social care environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, able to work effectively in a busy office environment and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with the operational demands of care coordination.
Previous experience in administration, reception or care coordination would be beneficial. However, we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, organisational skills, compassion and willingness to learn.
