Citizen is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to manage tenancy operations across a patch of around 500 properties with Coventry as the base and mobile working options. You will collaborate with Income Officers, Lettings Officers and the Tenancy Sustainment Team to support residents and resolve issues.
You will receive on-the-job training, shadowing opportunities, and joint visits to help you settle in quickly while delivering proactive tenancy management and safeguarding when needed.
Position: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Coventry - Mobile working

You’ll take responsibility for the tenancy management of a patch of around 500 properties. The team is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to support one another. You’ll never be on your own, you’ll work closely with Income Officers, Lettings Officers and our Tenancy Sustainment Team, who all play a key role in supporting customers.
