Job summary

Manpower UK Limited is recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Clamp Truck Operator in Brighouse. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT and Clamp Truck, load and unload vehicles, move stock, and support production and warehouse operations. A valid FLT licence is essential and clamp truck experience is desirable. Weekend work is required.

The role offers a temp-to-perm route with stable full-time hours and a supportive Manpower recruitment team guiding you through the process.

Job description

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced

FLT Driver / Clamp Truck Operator on behalf of our client based in

Brighouse. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• 7:00am to 4:00pm
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Every other weekend
• Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am to 12:00pm

Pay Rate

£14.10 per hour

Saturday and Sunday paid at premium rate

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT and Clamp Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Completing daily equipment checks
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Previous FLT driving experience
• Clamp Truck experience highly desirable
• Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to work the required weekend rota
