Voyage Care in Bloxwich is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live more independently in a welcoming residential setting. You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily routines and encourage participation in activities to build confidence and life skills.
No prior care experience is required, and full training is provided. The role offers competitive pay and shifts that include mornings and evenings to suit the service needs.

As a Support Worker at our welcoming residential service in Bloxwich, you’ll be part of a team that helps people make choices, learn new skills and enjoy everyday life. No two days are the same, and you’ll see the difference your support makes in the small moments as well as the big achievements.
Pay: £12.72 per hour
Typical shifts: 8am–3pm / 3pm–10pm
You’ll provide hands-on, person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible.
Whether it’s supporting someone to make dinner independently, try a new activity or work towards going on holiday, you’ll be there to help turn their goals into reality.
