Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) invites applications for a Support Practitioner (Relief) to assist an active gentleman in Blairgowrie and Rattray. You will work on-site in a small, caring team, helping with meal planning, housekeeping, shopping and medication prompts while fostering independence.

The role offers a pro rata salary of £27,277 per year for part-time hours, with a supportive Training Academy, annual leave and extensive staff perks designed to reward dedication and community impact.
