Cornerstone (Aberdeen) invites applications for a Support Practitioner (Relief) to assist an active gentleman in Blairgowrie and Rattray. You will work on-site in a small, caring team, helping with meal planning, housekeeping, shopping and medication prompts while fostering independence.
