This is a unique opportunity to do something different and join the CCS Central Hub, based in the West Midlands. An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join our newly commissioned Counter Terrorism Clinical Consultancy Service (CTCCS). This is a joint team with Counter Terrorism Policing and the NHS.

The Counter Terrorism Clinical Consultancy Service (CTCSS) is a joint NHS and Police Mental Health Team which facilitates information sharing with local mental health services for individuals who have come to the attention of Counter Terrorism Policing and who are thought to either present a risk of serious harm or have safeguarding, welfare or treatment needs in the context of mental disorder.

The aim of the team is to work with counter-terrorism officers in assessing and managing the risks posed by individuals with severe mental illness through advice, consultation, and detailed formulations to aid understanding.

• To provide high-quality business support with regular liaison with various external and internal stakeholders, working with them to ensure effective and efficient time management.
• Coordinate the regular internal and external schedule of meeting which ensure contract monitoring, operational and performance monitoring, maintaining clinical governance and any other meetings that take place on a regular basis within the service to ensure it meets its statutory obligations and delivers high quality, safe and effective services.
• The post holder will be a key member of the business support and admin team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives related to quality and clinical governance.
• Contribute to and circulate regular communications to both external and internal stakeholders.
• To maintain effective professional relationships with very senior staff, both internally and externally; this will involve dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
• The post holder will use highly developed analytical, organisational and communication skills and work on their own initiative to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.
• To undertake and manage a variety of different workstreams and projects, as directed.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

• To plan and coordinate your workload to ensure all deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
• To plan and organise meetings and assist with training events, workshop, room bookings hospitality and assist with projects identified by line manager.
• To collate and analyse complex data and information, producing qualitative and quantitative reports for audit and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) oversight.
• Coordinate, attend and contribute to meetings as, ensuring the accurate record of discussions and the capture of concise minutes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, complex and often sensitive information to a range of staff internally and externally across the organisation, service users’ relatives/carers and other stakeholders, where sensitivity, tact and persuasive skills maybe required.
• Use initiative and support the general management of administration department by providing a focal point for queries in the absence of senior manager.
• To maintain good working relationships with all staff within the Trust and outside agencies.
