BCT Resourcing has partnered with a thriving dealership to recruit a Vehicle Technician for a busy, modern workshop serving both new and used cars.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with hybrid working options and a robust training program, including main dealer training and exposure to Hybrid/EV technology. Basic salary ranges from £32,000 to £35,000 with substantial bonus potential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnosing faults quickly and accurately with up-to-date diagnostic equipment
• Timing Belts and Timing Chains - A good all-rounder is needed
• Getting stuck into mechanical jobs like brakes, exhausts, suspensions, and more
• Keeping thorough and accurate records of your work and test results
• Delivering outstanding customer service with clear communication
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and productive workspace

Education

Basic Salary: of £32,0000 to £35,000 (Depending on Experience) plus high bonuses, so OTE £45,000+

Days: Monday-Friday, some Saturday Mornings
